Nagpur News : A 39-year-old woman lodged complaint of molestation against a 50-year-old man in Ambazari police station on Tuesday.
The complainant, in her statement said, she was heading towards home after visiting Indira Gandhi Hospital. At Gandhi nagar, the accused Yashwant Natthuji Janwe (50) approached her and started using foul language against her. He also grabbed her hand and thus molested her.
On the basis of victim’s complaint, Ambazari police registered an offence under Sections 354 (a) (3), 509 of the IPC and booked the accused. Further investigations are in progress.
