Megan Fox has officially filed for the divorce ending 5 years of marriage with Brian stating ‘irreconcible differences’ behind the split.
The pair has two sons, Noah, two and Bodhi, 18 month old for which Megan has asked for joint physical and legal custody.
Megan and Brian didn’t sign any pre-nuptial agreement when they wed, so thier earnings during their five-year marriage will be split straight equally as they are classed as “community property”.
However, Megan is expected to pay some kind of spousal support to Brian, due to the difference in their incomes and also due to his reported medical issues.
While divorces can turn ugly, Megan and Brian are handling the matter in a mature way and have maintained their relationship amiable. They are still believed to be living together in the same house with their sons.
