Nagpur: Master Class Infertility II a unique International conference being organized by Shrikhande IVF & Surrogacy Centre In association with Femicare Foundation got started with flying colors.
This was inaugurated by Dr Neil Johnson Honorary Professor at the University of Adelaide Australia & President Elect World Endometriosis Society. Guests of Honour were Dr. Jaydeep Tank & Prof. Ernest Ng Clinical Professor in Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology University of Hong kong and who is also Chairman reproductive Endocrinology committee Asiana Oceania Federation of Obstetrics & Gynecologists. Dr. Laxmi Shrikhande in her Welcome Address highlighted the objectives of this conference. she said that the aim of this conference is to update the Knowledge of Fellow Practitioners so that in turn the patients gets benefitted in the form of state of the art treatment at their residing place itself.
The conferance was started with round table discussion on varius topics-Tips for USG evaluation for Follicular monitoring,Obesity and reproduction and Who needs IVF have indications changed over the last decade moderated by jaydeep tank, mangla Ghisad & Chaitanya Shembekar respectively.
This was followed by workshop on basic fertility management. sandip nikhade, Atul Ganatra, pratik Tambe, Kersi Avari, Jaydeep Tank and Laxmi Shrikhande conducted various sessions in this workshop.
Post Lunch congress key notes were delivered by international speakers. Prof. Ernest Ng discussed about “Luteal phase support in Infertility” The topic of Endometriosis is there consensus was discussed by Prof. Neil Johnson, the OHSS free clinic was discussed by Samuel Dos Santos Ribeiro (Belgium).
This was followed by panel discussion on Genital Tuberculosis moderated by Dr. Reeta Biliangandy from Bangluru. 1st day ended with practical case discussion by Ernest Ng, Neil Johnson, Samuel DosSantos Ribeiro, Arun Rathi, Jaydeep Tank, Kamini Patel and Paresh Gandecha where delegates discussed their problematic cases with national & International Masters.
More than 300 delegates from various parts of country attended the conference where they got an opportunity to learn almost each and every aspect of infertility management from the experts.
