Man’s accidental death turns out a cold-blooded murder

Nagpur: An accidental death of a man has turned out to be a cold-blooded murder by strangulation. However, the reason behind the man’s murder has not been ascertained, yet. Identity of the alleged murderers is also suspense.

The deceased Pankaj Diwakar Ganar (37), resident of Plot No. 37, Saraswati Nagar, Manewada Road, was found lying unconscious in his house at 8 am on Friday (March 27). Pankaj was taken to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). However, doctors there pronounced Pankaj ‘brought dead.’ Based on the information, Hudkeshwar police had registered a case of accidental death and were probing the matter further.

A thorough investigation and the post-mortem report revealed that Pankaj Ganar was murdered by strangulation. However, the reason behind Pankaj’s cold-blooded murder and the identity of the alleged murderers is wrapped under suspense.

PSI Dhadge, who was entrusted the probe into the death of Pankaj, has now registered an offence under Sections 302, 201 of IPC against the unidentified murderers and searching to nab them.
