Job Description :

Coordinate the preparations of resources and reserves statements
Ensure adherence to mine plans and schedules
Oversee the technical mining aspects of the operations which typically include crushing, screening, conveying, stacking etc
Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation
Monitor operational performance against budget
Ensure all safety, legal, environmental, health and PPC standards are met
Develop and maintain Life of Mine plans for all operations
Coordination with all departments for mine operations
Improve the process and systems and prepare policies for mines management for better efficiency

Essential Skills :

Mine Management abilities
Mine operation and safety focus
B.Tech. in Mining (U/R) + MBA(Operations Mgt)
B.Tech. in Mining (U/R) OR Second Class Mines Manager OR Certificate of U/R Mines OR suitable equivalent in Mining
