Nagpur News: Yashodhara Nagar police booked a truck driver for rashly driving his truck and hitting a motorcycle-borne man on Monday. Police said, complainant Atul Prabhakar Jadhav (32), was going to work on his motorcycle (MH 31 EH 1591) when a rashly driven PNR Transport Trailor (MH 40 N 2236) hit him injuring him seriously. The accident took place between Maruti Showroom Square and Kalamna Ring Road. Fearing police and public wrath, the driver fled from the spot.
Police said, the injured has been shifted to Kunal Hospital for treatment. On the complaint of Atul, cops have registered a case under Sections 279, 337 read with sub sections 134 and 177 of the IPC.
