Man poured kerosene, attempt to set ablaze

Nagpur News : 30-year-old Manoj Shivhare was booked by Kalamna police for attempting to commit suicide at Kalamna Market near vegetable auction hall on Wednesday morning. Shivhare had poured kerosene on him and was trying to set himself ablaze when he was stopped by nearby people.

Anil Shukla, security supervisor, filed a police complaint and stated that Shivhare’s shop causes encroachment at Kalamna Bazaar and thus he was sent notice to remove his shop. However, he has kept a demand to meet some higher official. He took the extreme step when his demand was rejected.

POlice has booked Shivhare, a resident of Prajapati Nagar, for attempt to suicide.
