Nagpur: In an audacious act, a man allegedly outraged the modesty of a girl right in front of her mother on Tuesday night. The accused was identified as Mahesh Prakash Vishwakarma (28) native of same locality that of survivors.
A 46 year-old survivor’s mother lodged a complaint against accused Mahesh, for allegedly hurling abuses at her daughter and also threatening them of dire consequences when they were sitting in front of their house around 9:30pm.
Followed by the complaint of victim’s mother, Ajni police have registered an offence under section 354(D), 506 of IPC. Further probe is underway.
