Nagpur: In an audacious act, a pervert man burst into a girl’s house in Ajni and outraged her modesty for refusing to marry with him.
The accused, Manish Rameshsingh Baghel (25), residing in same area, around 1.30 pm on Thursday, kicked the door of the 20-year old girl’s house and entered forcibly. The accused threateningly asked the girl as to why she is not marrying with him. Before the girl could react to the indecent question of the accused Manish Baghel, he resorted to obscene act and outraged her modesty.
Ajni Woman PSI M K Harde, acting the girl’s complaint, booked the accused Manish Baghel under Sections 354(D), 452, 506, 427 of the IPC. No arrest has been made so far.
