Nagpur: A pervert man has been booked for outraging modesty of his own sister-in-law (elder brother’s wife) frequently. The incident, although, occurred a few months back, a case was registered on Wednesday (May 2) for unspecified reasons.
A resident of Ajni area, the 32-year old complainant woman told police that her accused Aniruddha (32) is her brother-in-law. Between June 15, 2017 and October 25, 2017, the accused molested her whenever she was alone in house. The accused caught hold of her hand and indulged in obscene acts frequently.
Ajni Woman PSI Bhute, based on the woman’s complaint and probe report, booked the accused Aniruddha under Section 354 of the IPC and investigating the case further.
