Nagpur: Sonegaon Police have booked a man for allegedly duping his partner in Dream Land Real Estate Developers of Rs 30 lakh.
The accused was identified as Manoj Moreshwar Urade (42), a resident of Flat No. 101, First Floor, Swaraj Mansion, Somalwada.
According to police, the complaint was lodged by Anandkumar Sagarmal Nahar (43), a resident of Plot No. 172, Vinayak Tower, Somalwada. Anand and Manoj were partners in the firm.
Manoj allegedly forged the signature of Anand and transferred the amount to various bank accounts.
A case under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code was registered by Sonegaon Police.
