A 40-year old man died when crashed down on the ground at his working place.
According to police, Umesh Pandurang Raut (40), resident of Gorewada, near Boudhha Vihar, was working in the Dinshaw Company, Borgaon, Gorewada Road. However, Umesh fell down from his working place and was rushed to Mayo Hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. The Gittikhadan PSI Bhagat has registered the case as an accidental death and is investigating the matter further.
In another accident, a 60-year old man was found dead on the railway tracks between Ajni and Khapri. The victim has been identified as Rajaram Kanhayya Hingwe, native of Tumri Rodkheda, District Betul, MP and now residing in Rajaram Nagar, Chinchbhuvan. Rajaram was hit by a train or fell down from the train between pole numbers 826/21 and 826/23 on the Up line. The Sonegaon PSI Suryatal has registered the case as an accidental death and probing the matter further.
