Nagpur: Sakkardara Police have booked a man for selling a residential plot to a person for Rs 22.50 lakh by forging documents.
The accused has been identified as Amjad Khan Ajiz Khan (45), a resident of Motha Tajbagh. Secretary of Hazrat Baba Tajuddin Trust, Taj Ahmed Ali Ahmed (54), a resident of Plot No. 67, Nirala Society, Motha Tajbagh, is the complainant in the case.

According to police, Amjad had forged documents of Plot No 117 in a layout developed by the Hazrat Baba Tajuddin Trust. He allegedly sold the plot to other persons for Rs 22.55 lakh and duped the trust, police said. A case under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code has been registered against the accused.
