Man arrested for threatening to kidnap Sachin’s daughter

A 32-year-old man has been arrested from West Bengal for threatening to kidnap Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter.

The police arrested a man identified as Dev Kumar Maiti, a native of Purba Medinipur district of West Bengal, for stalking and making objectionable comments about Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter Sara.

According to a complaint, the accused called up Tendulkars residence and threatened to kidnap Sara if his demand to marry her is not fulfilled.
