Nagpur: As many as 1,75,255 applications for 1,645 posts having been received for various posts like junior engineer, assistant engineer, assistant vigilance officer and junior assistants (Accounts), the Mahavitaran (Maharashtra Electricity Distribution Company Limited)–MEDCL has notified dates for online-tests for the posts. The selection of candidates will be based on written test marks and eligibility test marks only. There will be no oral test/ interview for the posts.
The details of dates are as follows:
Sunday, Nov 1, 2015—For the posts of junior engineer and assistant engineer.
Saturday, Nov 7, 2015–For junior assistant (Accounts).
Sunday, Nov 8, 2015–For assistant vigilance officer.
Applicants may visit Mahavitaran’s website www.mahadiscom.in for downloading hall-tickets and specimen of answered-question papers. Applicants must bring their call letter, i-card bearing photo without which they will not be allowed to appear in examination.
They will also have to abide by all terms and conditions given in call-letters.
The candidates are informed that no agency or individual is appointed by Mahavitaran for guidance or training, etc., informed Dy Chief PRO, Mahavitaran, Nagpur Circle, in a press note.
