Nagpur: Maharashtra School Education department has declared the result of the SSC boards today. Of the 16.58 lakh students who registered for Maharashtra Board 10th exams, as many as 99.95 per cent have passed the exam. This is the highest pass percentage in the past seven years. Last year the MSBSHSE’s pass percentage was at 95.30 per cent – which was claimed as the best result in recent history. Now, the board has outdone itself.
According to the divisional board, Konkan division has the highest percentage of 100 per cent and Nagpur division has 99.84 per cent. Last year too Konkan had got the best pass percentage with 98.77 per ent students from area clearing exam. The region has outdone itself. This is the best result in past seven years.
Students will be able to check results at mahresult.nic.in, sscresult.mkcl.org, maharashtraeducation.com, result.mh-ssc.ac.in, and mahahsscboard.in. Students need to have a hall ticket or roll number to check their marks. Printout of online results will act as provisional marksheet.
Girls Perform Better Than Boys
Even as the overall pass percentage is at a record high of 99.95%. Female students have managed to score better than the male students. Among girls the pass percentage is 99.96% while boys are not as far behind at 99.94%. Among the total of 16,58,624 students, 9.09 lakh are boys and 7.48 lakh are girls who registered for the exam this year.
Konkan remains top among regions
Konkan division remains the undefeated winner once again. Among the 9 regions, Konkan has the highest percentage of 100 per cent followed closely by Nagpur division at 99.55 per cent. The overall pass percentage is at 99.95 per cent. Last year too Konkan had got the best pass percentage with 98.77 per ent students from area clearing the exam. The region has outdone itself. This is the best result in past seven years.
957 student gets 100% Marks
In the 2021 result not only has the number of students clearing the exams gone drastically up but the number of top scorers has also increased. This year A total of 957 students got full marks or 100% score.
