9 Beauties of Vidarbha arrayed for the final round

**Contest to be with Mumbai and Nasik

Nagpur: Honda Activa-I Maharashtra Queen 2015 Beauty Pageant Contest glittered the specially furnished enclave of Hotel Tuli International at Sadar here on Saturday. As many as 70 young ‘beauties’ from across Nagpur/ Vidarbha participated in the contest, and of them 12 got selected through various rounds of the contest including screen test.

Of these 12 beauties selected, 9 are sure to be sent to the contest while 3 are likely to be kept in waiting. The Nagpur Today observed that the selection was made free and fair based on individual looks, intelligence, confidence and cat-walk. The panel of judges included fashion designer Jia Nanda, Shweta Malpani, Praveen Malpani and Nidhi Gandhi, who raised volleys of question which were answered by the contestants. Those who gave accurate answers were given preference in selection.

These finalists will have to face the final round of selection with their counterparts from Mumbai and Nasik. The final round is going to be held at Vasantrao Deshpande Hall here on August 6, 2015, the event being jointly organized by Nagpur Today and Dinesh Mishra.
