Nagpur: With RSS headquarters in Nagpur where the current winter session of state assembly is going on amidst the heated exchange over Vidarbha statehood, all BJP MLAs on Thursday took the time out to meet RSS general secretary Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi today. The leaders turned up at ‘Smruti Mandir’ in Reshimbagh for a closed-door meeting with Joshi.
Among those who met RSS top shot leader include State Assembly Speaker Haribhau Bagde, Chief Minister Devendra Fadanvis, along with his Cabinet colleagues, including Revenue Minister Eknath Khadse, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Girish Bapat, Water Resources Minister Girish Mahajan, Energy Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule and others.
However the finer details of the meeting could not be immediately known, but the RSS is believed to have utilised the opportunity of their presence in a large number due to the legislature session, to discuss a number of issues with them, sources close to RSS said.
