Lok Sabha polls to be tentatively held on April 16

The Election Commission has announced the tentative date of the Lok Sabha polls. In a letter to district election officers, the EC said that the Lok Sabha 2024 polls will be tentatively held on April 16.

The circular said the date was announced to enable EC officers to calculate the start and end dates of the election planner.
