Nagpur: The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has successfully processed over 2 lakh applications for the Maharashtra government’s flagship scheme, Mukhyamantri Mazi Ladki Bahin Yojana. This milestone was achieved after thorough examination of sample application forms submitted by beneficiary women.
Municipal Commissioner Dr. Abhijit Chaudhari commended the efforts of 280 computer operators, social development department officers, and information technology department staff who worked diligently to verify the applications. This achievement highlights NMC’s commitment to efficient implementation of the scheme, aimed at empowering women in the region.
