Actors Mandira Bedi and Karan Wahi will take centre stage as co-hosts of the upcoming ‘Indian Idol Junior’, to be judged by singer Shreya Ghoshal and composer duo Vishal-Shekhar.
This isn’t the first time that Mandira and Karan are hosting a reality show.
The upcoming season will be the first time that the singing show has opened its doors to young singers between the age group of 5 to 15.
Sneha Rajani, senior executive vice president and business head, Sony, said: “The idea was to give the show a fresh perspective as well as discovering newer talent horizons.”
To ensure that, Sony has handpicked 3 of the biggest names in the music industry.
