In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar India, Karan Johar spoke about his rapport with Kareena Kapoor and in the process, the film-maker apparently revealed certain aspects of his sexuality too.
There have always been questions on Karan Johar’s sexuality and whether he is ever interested in dating any woman or not. Although, one’s sexuality is very much a private issue, Karan Johar being a celebrity, has faced several questions on the same. It’s a known fact that Karan Johar and Kareena Kapoor share a strong bonding and the duo have been good friends since quite long.
Although, Karan Johar never spoke about his sexuality in public and rightly so, he has many a times thought to be as gay and his dialogues in the recently held controversial AIB Roast also suggested the same. In the interview, Karan Johar while, speaking about his kinship with Kareena Kapoor, apparently almost admits that he is not interested in dating women.
“We have a connect. I always feel that if I were a man who would be interested, she would be the wife I wanted, or if I had to have a sibling, she would be the sister I never had, or if I was interested in dating women, she would probably be the woman I would want to date. Of course, she has her limitations and so do I,” said Karan Johar. AIB Roast witnessed multiple jokes on Karan Johar’s sexuality and he himself also cracked jokes on the same. And now, Karan Johar saying “If I was interested in dating women” makes things seem rather obvious!
