Nagpur: A 19-year old mentally disabled girl was molested in her own house by a juvenile boy in Jaripatka area here on Thursday. The juvenile offender has been detained. According to a 24-year old complainant, the disturbing incident took place when the mentally unstable girl was alone in her house. Around 12.30 pm on Thursday, the accused juvenile boy entered the girl’s house and caught hold of her hand. Later, the boy took the girl to an under-construction room and indulged in obscene actions with the girl. On the basis of a complaint, Jaripatka PSI has registered a case against the accused juvenile boy under Sections 354, 452 of IPC and detained him.
