Ghaziabad: Senior journalist Vinod Verma was today arrested from his home in Ghaziabad near Delhi on charges of extortion.
Verma was picked up for questioning at 3.30 am from his Ghaziabad home and later charged and arrested by a police team from Raipur.
According to media reports, Verma was planning a sting operation against a Chhattisgarh minister.
