Recently, while catching up with latest Hollywood gossips, we found that there’s a new ‘cook’ in Holly-town. You would not be surprised to hear her name- Jennifer Anniston!
“I would like to do a lifestyle thing, for people who struggle with dieting. I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious,” the 46-year-old star excerpted! She also revealed that she’s ‘working on’ a cookbook.
‘I’m a good alchemist’ she said. ‘I can mix certain things together that are all very healthy, but you don’t feel like you’re depriving yourself in any way.’
Previously, the Friend’s fame’s Instagram account included food photos of healthy meals like a bulgur salad with cucumbers, mint and feta. A peculiar snap-shot of a poached egg over whole wheat toast with avocado and tomato, was also posted by Jennifer.
As for Aniston’s food philosophy, she tries to eat lots of natural foods and avoid the ‘crap’.
‘Our generation knows what we should put in our bodies and that we shouldn’t be trashcans putting all sorts of crap in there’, she said. ‘We know all the benefits of eating organic fruits and clean foods’, she added.
