There was speculation that Alia Bhatt is chosen for the lead role in the musical drama ROCK ON 2 latest news conform that Shraddha  Kapoor has bagged this role as the makers of Rock on were looking for an actress with  a soulful voice. The movie had great demand for a sequal. After a success sequal of their movie DON 2  Fharan Aktar and Ritesh Sidhwani are all geared up for their next sequel ROCK ON 2.The sequel features the trio from the first part Fharan Akthar, Arjun Rampal and Purab Kholi .Shraddha plays a young girl who joins the band and brings about a lot of changes. Shraddha is also going to sing in the movie as the beauty from ASHIQUI 2 has shown her talent to us already. The movie is scheduled to release this year.
