He said the population of our country is growing everyday equal to the whole population of Sweden , with this respect the rate of unemployement is also growing , if new jobs are created by innovation and it survives for 5 years and can create employement for 50 people and multiply manifoldly.
Its very difficult to built infrastructure in tradition manner , its necessity of time that young generation should have out of box thinking to give solution. Innovation leads to less cost and technology has the power to change. He stressded on being extra affordable then being affordable , he also suggested to value many and not money. He concluded by saying solve the problem of Bharat and not India .” Dr. Vivek Nanoti said , “ Think to be a employer ‘Innovate ,Nurture and develop creativity .’
Social innovations leads to enterpreneurship and inncubators . Motivation is very important with correct monitoring and motivation from time to time lead to new idea which can serve to be a seed for new business.” Dr.S.K Deshmukh mentioned prominently the quote by Barack Obama ‘ The nation which goes through innovation will own global economy tomorrow’ he also briefed about the event and participants,the event was open for all age group and the youngest participant was 11 years old Disha Rajput. The event was conducted by Somali Datta, the organisers of the event were Rashmi Nimbalkar , Gajanan Lakhavat , Avinash Ingle , Swapnil Dravyakar and the program was concluded by N.S.Puri by giving vote of thanks.
