Total 781 cases of Omicron variant have been reported in India so far.
Delhi is now leading the list with 238 cases, followed by Maharashtra 167, Gujarat 73 and Kerala 65.
Other states that have cases in double digits are Telangana 62, Rajasthan 46, Karnataka 34, Tamil Nadu 34, Haryana 12, and West Bengal 11.
As per the Union health ministry data, 241 of these 781 patients have been recovered or discharged.
Meanwhile, 9,195 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the last 24 hours.
Active caseload now stands at 77,002.
