Indian Grey Hornbill sighted in Dhantoli

Nagpur: Nagpur’s green perch was pleased with a new flying guest that is rarely seen in the city skies. We are talking about Indian Grey Hornbill, a bird on the verge of extinction! Bird lover Sagar Bhartiya, also an avid reader of Nagpur Today, shared with us the rare sighting of the Indian Grey Hornbill which he spotted in Dhantoli area in Nagpur. Bhartiya was lucky to capture the sight in his camera and kind enough to share it with us.

In his mail Bhartiya said, “It would be a great delight for our Vidarbha readers if we publish these sighting pictures of Indian Grey Hornbill as it portrays the rich bird-life present in Nagpur.”
