Nagpur: ICAR (Indian Council of Agriculture Research)- NBSS & LUP (National Bureau of Soil Survey and Land Utilisation Planning) has been conferred with ‘Rajarshi Tandon Rajbhasha Puraskar 2016’ for the best official language implementation among the ICAR Institutes in ‘B’ region in an event held on 16th July.
In the event held at NASC complex, New Delhi, Radha Mohan Singh, Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare handed over the prize to Dr. S.K. Singh, Director and Dr. M.T. Sahu, Asst. Chief Technical Officer, NBSS & LUP, Nagpur.
Sudarshan Bhagat, Minister of State for Agriculture, Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra, Secretary, DARE & Director General, ICAR and Sunil Kumar Singh, Upper Secretary & Financial Advisor, ICAR were present at the occasion.
