Mumbai: IAS officer Radheshyam Mopalwar has been suspended from his post as Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) chairman on Thursday. The decision was taken just a day after ruckus in State Legislature over corruption charges on him.
Leader of Opposition Radhakrishna Vikhe-Patil quoted from the news report in the House and demanded the immediate ouster of the officer.
Former CM Prithviraj Chavan demanded a judicial inquiry against the officer. The Assembly had to be adjourned thrice before 12 noon.
