Failing to deliver the goods worth Rs 60 lakh, a Hyderabad based company is under MIDC police scanner now,as the city based company had lodged the complaint against the owner of defrauding company at MIDC police station here.
MIDC police have registered a case of fraud of Rs 60 lakh against owner of a Hyderabad-based company on Tuesday under the jurisdiction of MIDC police station. The fraud occurred between May 19 and 25, this year.
Sources Sudhir Pande who worked with Nagpur-based M/s Facor Steel Company, had hired M/s B R C Logistics Pvt Ltd to transport their material worth Rs 60 lakh to Hyderabad. However, material never reached the desired destination. The complainant waited for a few days but the material did not reach their place. Sudhir lodged a complaint with MIDC police after he realised the fraud.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by Sudhir, MIDC cops have slapped forgery charges on the Hyderabad-based Company’s owner.
