The IIFA press conferernce held in Madrid on Thursday was attended by the Bollywood biggies right from Salman Khan, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra to Shahid Kapoor, Anil Kapoor among others. It was one helluva star studded affair with everyone putting their best look forward. However, Hrithik Roshan despite being a part of this IIFA clan, suspiciously didn’t go on stage during the press conference. Yes! Although he was present in the house, he wasn’t seen arriving on stage alongside the remaining stars to the likes of Salman, Deepika PC. Turns out the reason behind this is none other than friend turned foe, Salman. That’s right!
A website quoted their source as saying that Hrithik and Salman are currently not on very good terms. While their cold war has already become the talk of the town. Word is that Hrithik is even avoiding times when he has to come face to face to Salman – like for instance at the IIFA press con which was held yesterday. Does that mean Hrithik and Salman will refrain from talking to each other throughout the IIFA tour? Only time will tell. But we really wonder if this cold war has got worse over time.
For all the ignorant, Hrithik and Salman’s fall out happened after Salman made a derogatory remark about Hrithik’s film Guzzarish. Khan had jibed about the film saying, “Koi kutta bhi nahin gaya”, to which Hrithik had replied, “It’s not heroic to laugh or make fun of a filmmaker just because his BO collections are not up there with yours.” While many assumed they have eventually reconciled. Things got evident when Hrithik even gave Salman’s Bigg Boss a royal miss during Krissh 3 promotions or for that matter, any film promotions post that.
