Nagpur: The 73rd annual general body meeting (AGM) of the Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce (NVCC) was conducted in the meeting hall of the Chamber on August 20. In the meeting Hemant Gandhi was unanimously elected as the new President of NVCC for the year 2017-18. While, Arjundas Ahuja, A Raju Vyas and Ashwin Mehadia were elected unopposed as vice-presidents.
The meeting was presided over by Prakash Mehadia, outgoing president. The newly elected President convened the first executive committee meeting on same day at 1 pm.
After a brief introduction of the newly elected executive committee members, they unanimously elected Sanjay K Agrawal as Secretary, Sachin Puniyani as Treasurer and Farooque Akbani, Ramawatar Totia, Umesh Patel as joint secretaries for the terms.
