Nagpur: Helplink Charitable Foundation, a well-known non-profit organization established in 2009 and committed to uplifting underprivileged children through education and rehabilitation programs, has announced the election of its new executive body and committee members. The new leadership aims to further expand the foundation’s reach and impact across Nagpur and the Vidarbha region.
Leading the organization as President is Mr. Anil Bafna, a dedicated social leader with a strong vision to enhance educational access for children in need. Joining him as Secretary is CA Kirit Kalyani, Former Chairman of the Nagpur Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and Ms. Saloni Bagwani, a young and dynamic professional, will serve as Treasurer.

Over the past 15 years, Helplink has extended financial assistance, school kits, and educational resources to more than 42,000 students across 300 rural schools in Vidarbha through its flagship Child Adoption for Education (CAFÉ) program. The foundation also undertakes impactful community initiatives, including rehabilitation programs, construction of women’s community toilets, and the ‘Shastrarth’ series—a YouTube initiative dedicated to rediscovering ancient Indian wisdom.

In a major new initiative, the foundation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Society for Environmental and Cultural Actions (SECA) to establish and operate a Sustainable Community Open School (SCOS) in Nagpur. This innovative model will promote sustainability, environmental consciousness, and community-led education for underprivileged children.
