Nagpur: A goon and his juvenile friend went berserk at Dharampeth-based Chariot Beer Bar and Restaurant after consuming liquor on late Sunday night. The goons thrashed security guard, smashed a beer bottle on head of a waiter and demanded extortion money. The accused also threatened to kill owner and other staff of the beer bar. The goon has been arrested.
According to complainant, Akshay Ajay Dubey (25), resident of Surendragarh, Seminary Hills, and who works as Manager at Chariot Beer Bar and Restaurant, the accused Rahul Umashankar Gaure (26), resident of Ambedkar Nagar, Dharampeth and his juvenile friend consumed liquor at the bar on late Sunday night.

After having the heady stuff, Rahul and his friend started creating ruckus and manhandled the security guard. The accused also smashed a beer bottle on head of a waiter named Kishan Yadav. Rahul and juvenile friend demanded extortion money and threatened to kill owner and other staff of the beer bar.
Sitabuldi PSI Chavan, based on a complaint, booked the accused Rahul Gaure and the juvenile under Sections 324, 384, 294, 506(B), 34 of the IPC. Rahul has been arrested. Further probe is underway.
