Nagpur: Two anti-socials attacked a private security guard with a broken bottle after he objected to their drinking alcohol in front of Mobile Villa, Modi No 3 in Sitabuldi on Tuesday night.

The victim, Gajanan Madhukar Wanve (52), who is a resident of Chhoti Dhantoli, was rushed to the hospital.

After recording Wanve’s statement, Sitabuldi Police registered a case under Sections 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and launched a search for the anti-socials.
