Goods including gold ornaments worth Rupees one lakh twenty thousand was burgled from a house situated in Masada village under the jurisdiction of Koradi Police Station.

According to the police sources, the victim identified as Shankar Baratkar aged 41 years and a resident of house situated on Kamptee Naka Road had gone out of station on November 1, 2016. While the victim Shankar was out of town, some unidentified burglars broke into the house and burgled goods including gold ornaments worth Rupees one lakh twenty thousand that were locked inside the Almirah.

When the victim Shankar returned back on November 2, 2016, he discovered that his house was burgled. He immediately lodged a complaint in Koradi Police Station. The cops of Koradi Police Station have registered a case under section 390 of Indian Penal Code. Further investigations are under way.
