Gadkari hits campaign trail, takes out rally

18gadkari rally6Nagpur News: BJP candidate for Nagpur Lok Sabha constituency Nitin Gadkari hit the poll campaign trail on Tuesday (March 18) by undertaking a rally. The rally was taken from Maa Durga Temple near Loha Pul (Railway Iron Bridge). Gadkari walked for some distance with the rally then embarked on an open Jeep. The rally was participated by hundreds of BJP workers on motorcycles.

Those who were prominently present in the rally include former MP Banwarilal Purohit, Rajya Sabha Member Ajay Sancheti, MLA Sudhakar Deshmukh, MLA Krishna Khopde, Girish Vyas, Deputy Mayor Jaitunnabi Anasri and others.

SUD_0419The campaign rally passed through Telipura, Shani Mandir, Anand Talkies, Mehadia Square, Yeshwant Stadium, Panchsheel Square, Canal Road, Kachhipura, Gandhi Nagar, Ambazari, Hill Top, Gokulpeth, Valmiki Nagar, Ramnagar, Telangkhedi, Ganeshnagar Tower Square, Futala, Subhedar Layout, Ravi Nagar, and others areas. Thousands of people greeted Gadkari and the rally participants and welcomed them by offering flowers. Others who participated in the poll campaign rally include Sunil Mitra, Rupa Rai, Kishan Gawande, Vinit Pathak, Satish Wade, Niraj Agrawal, Mukesh Mehadia, Sudhir Hirde, Manoj Keswani, Bihar Shiohare, Prakash Verma, Subhash Kotecha, Ramkumar Gupta, Vandana Yengatwar, Anupama Mishra, Vandana Dhiwre, Sunita Yerne, and others. The rally culminated at Gawlipura, Dharampeth.
