Orange chickenOrange chicken is an American Chinese delicious dish that is very famous in North-American restaurants for its tangy orange and hot chili flavor. You can enjoy anytime and anywhere.

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tsp white pepper
Salt to taste
1 bowl chicken breast [cut in cubes]
½ cup corn flour
½ cup maida
Oil to fry
2 tbsp garlic [chopped]
1 tbsp ginger [chopped]
½ tsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp red wine [optional]
1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp vinegar
3 ½ tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Orange juice
1 tbsp corn flour slurry

Method:
Crack an egg in a bowl add white pepper, salt and chicken, mix well and keep aside.
Take another bowl put corn flour and maida and mix well, add chicken to it coat the chicken and dip it again in the egg mixture and again in the flour mixture.
Deep fry the chicken till well cooked drain the chicken on a tissue and keep it aside.
Take little oil in a pan add garlic, ginger, chili flakes, red wine white, soy sauce, vinegar, water, sugar and orange juice and mix well.
When the water is hot enough add fried chicken pieces and mix well.
Make corn flour slurry and pour it in the pan and let the gravy dry.
Take it out on a serving bowl Enjoy with fried rice.
