Ingredients:
6 tbsp melted butter
½ cup light brown sugar
90 gm cream cheese
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate [melted]
Cup cake lining paper
Whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream for garnish
Method:
Mix all the ingredients accept for dark melted chocolate and make dough.
Make small balls from the dough and keep it at a cool place.
Take a cup cake baking tray and line it with cup cake lining paper.
Pour melted chocolate and spread evenly, put the cookie ball and pour more melted chocolate.
Shake the tray so the chocolate spreads evenly.
Refrigerate it for 30 mins.
Garnish with whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream and serve chilled.
