On the occasion of Ganesh Utsav at Govindrao Wanjari College of Engg & Tech., Nagpur, National Service Scheme (NSS) cell of Govindrao Wanjari College of Engg & Tech., Nagpur organized a “FREE HEALTH, ECG AND EYE CHECK UP CAMP” on dated 26/08/2017 at college campus GWCET, Nagpur. This camp was organized in association with Care Hospital, Panchashil square, Nagpur and Contacare Eye Hospital (Vasan), Dhantoli, Nagpur. The programme began with welcoming of the invited guest Dr. Mrs. Safalta Girde by the hands of Mrs. Smita Wanjari, Treasurer, Amar Sewa Mandal, Nagpur. This camp was organized under the guidance of Dr. Hemant Sonare, Director, Wanjari Group of Institutions, Nagpur in the graceful presence of Prof. M. S. Motghare, Principal, GWCET, Nagpur. The objective of this camp was to create awareness to check up health, B.P. ,Sugar, H. B., ECG and Eyes time to time for the careness of our own very important organs. About 185 peoples checked their eyes, B.P, Sugar and H.B and about 30 peoples did their ECG check up. People from Hudkeshwar, Dhamna, Chikna and Salai-Godhani villages participated at this camp. Dr. C. L. Khobaragade, Health Camp Incharge, NSS Programme Officer, Prof. S. R. Alone, Prof. S. Thomas & Prof. Rupali Dasarwar took valuable efforts for the success of this camp. The comparing of this programme was done by Prof. S. R. Alone and vote of thanks delivered by Prof. S.Thomas.
