Nagpur: The MIDC Police have registered a case against an accused, Santosh Balaprasad Vyas, for committing fraud by taking Rs. 10,38,545/- from a plaintiff without returning any investment.
The accused has been charged under Sections 406, 420, 504, and 506 of the IPC for his criminal activities. The police are investigating the matter and have urged anyone with information about the accused to come forward.
