Nagpur News: Another fire at Itwari during this season. A fire broke out in the third floor of a ladies’ garment shop named Amita Garments located in Golibar Square, on a congested Bajirao lane, in Itwari area on November 7, 2013.

The third floor of the Amita Ladies Garment shop was used to stitch and iron the finished garments. Fire broke out on this floor. Soon the fire turned the garments kept in that floor and the floor below to ashes.

The firemen under the leadership of Chief Fire Officer Rajendra Uchke and Station fire Officer Nakod brought the fire under control. Four fire tenders were pressed into service to extinguish the fire.
