A 21-year old fanatic youth, seeking to fulfill his sexual desires, raped an innocent 8-year old girl in Sadar area. The lewd accused has been arrested and is now cooling his heels behind the bars.
The accused, Aryan alias Guddu Pavan Dongre (21), resident of Gaddigodam, Nagpur, with ulterior motives, went to the house of the girl. Taking advantage of the circumstances, the accused Aryan sexually exploited the girl. However, the heinous act of accused got exposed when the girl narrated the incident to her parents.
Based on the complaint filed in this connection, Sadar PSI Jamdale booked the accused Aryan Dongre under Section 376 of IPC read with 3(A), 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 and arrested him. Further probe is underway.
