Even impaired vision cannot block Bhakti’s aspiration of becoming an IAS Officer

She could not see the world around but she can sense the smell of success…The success she achieved in her just out HSC examination results. Bhakti Ghatole has been standing like a true heroine overcoming the adversity she was born with. Her impaired vision could not sustain before her firm determination and huge confidence.

: In an exclusive interview with Nagpur Today, Bhakti Ghatole, who scored 87.7 % in Arts stream of HSC examinations, said that she attributes all her success to her parents, sister, whole big family, College teachers and friends.
Bhakti said that she prefers to study late in the night when the area becomes quite and peaceful. She said that she put in some extra hours during examinations. She said that in order to succeed, she did a selective and intensive study during examinations. However, she added that she has been regularly studying everyday, which helped her succeed.

While giving credit to those who played vital role in her success, she said that she would definitely like to credit her writer Saneka Deshpande for patiently writing her notes and papers. She said that special mention should be given to two teachers of LAD College namely Smita Jani who taught Psychology and Smita Baitule who taught her Logic.

She said that she had joined tuitions classes for economics. She said that she listened to music, did some meditation, read books for relaxation and refreshing her mind. Bhakti said that as hobby, she loves to play Casio and is planning to learn Guitar. When Bhakti was asked what her aims in life was, she replied that in the near future, she would do her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. However, she said that she wants to appear for UPSC examinations and become an IAS Officer and become a Collector. She said that he message and advice to the juniors is to study regularly and to give 100 % of whatever they are doing.
