Nagpur: A CPR and First Aid workshop for Delhi Public School MIHAN staff was conducted to equip the participants with essential life-saving skills. The training covered the basics of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and teachers were taught how to effectively perform chest compressions and rescue breaths.
Participants learnt to recognize signs of cardiac arrest and choking and how to respond swiftly. The workshop also included basic First Aid techniques.
Hands-on practice with manikins and real-life scenarios helped to build confidence in the participants. The doctors from IMA Nagpur provided step-by-step guidance and feedback to ensure proper technique of the methods.
By the end of the workshop, the teachers were better prepared to act in emergencies and save lives.
