Employee dupes Dharampeth-based Vedom company of Rs 3,77,800 with bogus papers

vedomNagpur: An employee duped his company to the tune of Rs 3,73,800 by preparing false customer cases and submitting bogus bills over a period of two years. The accused fraudster has been booked.

According to police, the accused Arunendra Pradeep Mishra (28), resident of Quarter No. 1/12, VSB Colony, Balabhau Peth, Vaishali Nagar, Nagpur, acting as an agent of Dharampeth-based Vedom’s Company Head Office, allegedly committed a fraud by preparing false customer cases and submitting bogus bills. With this fraud, the accused Arunendra Pradeep Mishra duped the company to the tune of Rs 3,73,800 over a period from July 24, 2012 to August 2014.

Ambazari Senior PSI Tawde, acting on a complaint filed by Pankaj Gajanan Gaekwad (24), resident of Mahal, Nagpur, has booked the accused Arunendra Mishra under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 of the IPC and probing the matter further.
