Nagpur: Reflecting the decay that has set in the attitude of society at large, a 60-year old man indulged in utterly disgusting action of vulgarity and molested a 6-year old girl in Imambada area recently.
The 6-year old girl had gone to the accused Tulshiram Lahanuji Lokhande’s house for playing with his granddaughter. While the girl was playing, the accused Tulshiram nefariously took the girl to another room and indulged in obscene actions. However, the kid girl, after reaching home narrated the nasty actions of accused Tulshiram to her parents. Appalled by the incident, the girl’s father lodged a complaint with Imambada police in this regard.
API Bele booked the accused 60-year old Tulshiram Lokhande under Section 354(B) of IPC read with Sub-Sections 8, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 and investigating the matter further.
