Nagpur: Lakadganj police and Bokde’s relatives brought the body of Durgesh from Raipur. After performing the post-mortem completing the formalities at Raipur the body was handed over to the relatives in the afternoon. After reaching Nagpur, the mortal remains of the accused Durgesh were consigned to flames.
It may be recalled, Durgesh Bokde the Main accused in the sensational kidnapping and murder case of Rahul Agrekar, committed suicide by hanging himself in the Gupta guest house in Raipur. On Tuesday midnight police team had arrested Pankaj Harode, one of the two accused in the kidnapping and murder case, from Howrah, Kolkata. Harode’s accomplice Durgesh Bokade slipped away sensing trouble. Just, the next day Durgesh’s body was found in the Gupta guest House. The accused had committed suicide by hanging himself. Yesterday police had called a press conference and confirmed the suicide of Durgesh.
